"The owner never really got in contact with us even though we tried multiple times and ways (message via VRBO website, text message, hung up when calling). They did also never react to contact attempts of the VRBO staff (claimed not to speak English but didn’t react to emails either). We never received any specific information of the exact location and how to enter the property. Finally the VRBO staff had to cancel the booking last minute and we had to look for a different place.
