"I loved it! It's not the Hilton, but it was absolutely PERFECT for me, my brother, and cousin. The neighborhood is super nice -- clean, quiet, SAFE. Very convenient to my relatives in Utica and Rome. There are a few things I would suggest to make it even better, but nothing major I would definitely book it again. Thank you for a great stay!!"

"It was a pleasure to meet Dianne and her husband who live in the main house attached to this room that they rent out. The backyard was amazing! Well landscaped, and very comfortable seating areas. Very clean, dining table for two, comfortable bed, all the amenities and extra hygiene products such as tooth brushes! If you forgot something, Dianne has you covered! "Location, location, location and free parking. Perfect. Having a stress fracture I appreciated being close to the Baseball Hall of Fame, great restaurants, and fun shopping. Room was basic with everything we needed: smart tv, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron. Everything was sparkling clean. Staff very helpful over the phone and in person. Will stay there again."
