"Giannis was excellent - could not have been more helpful. The room itself was beautiful, partner found the bed a little too firm but I thought it was perfect. Free minibar was a nice perk. I wish the pool hours were longer but I understand from a liability perspective.

John was absolutely amazing and very easy to reach, he helped set up an airport transfer for when we got to the island, gave us recommendations on places to eat and see on the island, and was easy to reach had we needed anything at all. "Great location, Sunday our rep was fab & helpful. A rather busy road outside but you do not hear this through the closed windows. Bus stop 7 immediately outside & can get to both sides of the Island, approx €2pp into town. Water taxi available on the beach regularly too - approx €4 into town & worth the experience. Lots of taxis available approx €10-15 from town depending on time of day.
