"Another amazing vacation on Bailey Island in this perfect house (the driveway is a bit tricky but very doable). We love that there’s so much to do right on the island like fishing, beach combing… and yet you aren’t far from shopping and other attractions. The house is ideal for our large extended family and there is plenty of space for games, puzzles, tv, crochet… Brett, as always, was prompt in communications and a pleasure to deal with. We are already looking forward to next year!"

This house was exactly what we needed after exploring the area all day. All the comforts of home. A quick drive to Portland and many other areas. Was nice to come back to a place where we could relax after a long day. Good communication and easy to get to. Would 10/10 stay here again."

"We had a great stay at Heron’s Perch! This house has lots of space for hanging out and sleeping. The beds are comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels provided and a well stocked kitchen. Our absolute favorite was the wonderful, private front porch. This house is within walking distance to everything down front on the island. If you’re looking for space and being close to the ferry, stores and beaches I would highly recommend."
