"My experience was not the best. The first room I received was not cleaned properly… floors were dirty, glass shower door seal was coming off towels were dirty and the tv was not working. I called with 30 mins of being in room. FYI I clean the room myself upon arrival but that was unacceptable. So I went back to registration office to tell them about my experience they gave me another room 2 floors up not in too much better shape. Appeared to be an older room not remodeled like the first room....
