Only difficulty was finding space for the pack and play for the baby to sleep in. There was a lot of furniture in the unit and not much space to move around. "Perfect for what we were looking for- Not too busy and beautiful. The space was just the right size for us, but could easily fit kids. The deck is awesome (big). The walk to the beach is shorter than some walks from 'on the beach' places.Someone did note the master bed is soft- Yep, it's soft. So if you are use to firm, be ready.The beach is wide and super clean. Well worth it!"
