"It is very cute! Good size for two Adults. Not a lot of closet space but a lot of dresser storage. Small dishwasher but was fine for us! Great views of marsh and sunsets! Love the back porch with rockers! It was spotless when we arrived! I really appreciated that! John and Sarah were very nice. "

"Great little house, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, and grocery store. Bikes and beach chairs came in very handy. Quiet neighborhood right off the main road, easy access to everything. "

"This is our 2nd year staying at this cottage. We love the easy access to the beach right off the back deck. The views are gorgeous from inside the home and from the deck. The interior is very colorful and welcoming. We love Holden Beach and we plan to go back again next year and stay in this home once again."

We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the porch and being only steps away from the ocean. The space under the house was nice to have and we used grill and hammock. "The pictures accurately reflect the home. Has great stained wood floors and a wonderful front screen porch. It sits on a quiet town block, located close to the better restaurants and the beach. The staircases from ground to main floor are long and pitched. Descending can be tricky . "

"Had a great time. House was beautiful, like somewhere I could see myself living permanently. Everyone on Oak Island were welcoming and laid back. We enjoyed the local eateries and shopping especially the amount of antique stores in the area. Picture time by the pier at sunset is a must. "
