"Staff were very friendly. The property was always clean and tidy. Fantastic to have a room freshen every few days. Bar service earlier than 4 pm for the guests would be great, especially when they are lounging around the pool Parking was an issue due to the building works. Workers or visitors to the bar took the few spots available, leaving guests to park down the road."

"3 bedroom pool villa was great for our family. We had 6 in this villa and 2 others in a pool villa having our own private pool was good send with the kids. Ana the host was also great. She was checking in with us everyday to see if we needed anything or help booking activities or restaurants or needing new towels etc. It was nice having a full kitchen and BBQ to cook on and eat if we wanted but we were still close enough to other options in muri, plus the pacific rersort facilities to use them...

"The villas were beautiful, and the location itself was stunning. However, we experienced several situations that made us feel uncomfortable. The bathroom soap had already been cut in half, and only one half was provided. The hot water run out while the second person was taking a shower, everyday. There was no Wi-Fi available inside the villa, so whenever we needed to deal with work-related matters, we had to walk to the outdoor common area to access the internet.
