"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had and completely unworthy of the Westin name or a so-called 5-star rating.
The hotel is extremely dirty. After sleeping just one night, my entire arm and back were covered in red, swollen bite marks. This was not a minor irritation — it was obvious and alarming. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation, and this hotel failed badly.
Instead of taking responsibility, the hotel tried to blame me, suggesting the bites were caused by eating...

"What a wonderful hotel! Very comfortable, cozy, and quiet, with a beautiful garden and pools! Excellent on-site restaurants. Friendly staff. We felt incredibly comfortable the whole time! It may not be the newest hotel, but we've been to neighboring giant hotels, and in terms of comfort and luxurious, relaxed living, we know Sofitel is the best!
The children's entertainment area is simply amazing!

"Family of four stayed in hotel for 11 days - we had great time. Very nice hotel -staff very helpful, convenient location in haitang sanya, rooms and facilities are very clean and comfortable, with big family rooms. My butler Bobby has been great help to us, patient and experienced. Kids club is great for family, staff well trained and great to kids. There are lots kids pools with staff looking after customers all the time, Alan has been very helpful when we were playing near the kids pool....

"A estrutura e comodidades do hotel correspondem a um hotel 5 estrelas, porém achei que o serviço poderia ser melhor. Muitos funcionários não falam ou entendem inglês, no momento do check in nem a recepcionista nem o gerente souberam me passar informações sobre a comemoração do Ano Novo nos restaurantes e bar do próprio hotel. Me disseram que iriam verificar e que me ligariam em 5 minutos, porém nunca recebi a ligação.
Pudemos fazer o late check out (às 14h) sem nenhum custo. A area da piscina é...
