They were so kind and considerate, always available to communicate when needed, and overall amazing hosts. The home was very clean and well maintained, as well as the outdoor space and dock. We are already planning to book again! For a couple and a dog, along with some day time guests, it exceeded our expectations. "

"What an Amazing Place!!! We stayed in the "Treehouse Cottage" it was such a cool spot up in the pine trees! We felt like we were out in the woods all by ourselves yet only a 2 minute walk to the river/beach. The fire pit and grill are located perfectly so you can grill while have a nice fire going. The cottage was very bright peaceful, I really loved the knotty Pine. We also had great views of the Franklin dam from the balcony. Cant wait to come back again, relax enjoy nature and hopefully catch...

"Richard was the perfect host! The cottage was immaculate, decorated so nicely, VERY thoughtfully put together with many nice touches! Lots of board games, binoculars, plush bath and beach towels, and so much more! A welcome card with a nice bottle of wine. Kayaks were great! If we needed anything Richard was right there to help!
