"We had a great time in Marathon, FL at Manatee Bay. We rented a 24' boat from Coco's boat rental and spent our days in the Florida Bay and Atlantic, exploring sand bars, fishing, and snorkeling or just cruising. We docked our boat and enjoyed the wildlife we saw on a daily basis from the pier, and it was nice to come back to the pool for a relaxing evening. The house is as represented. I believe it is in the process of being updated. There are no overhead lights or ceiling fans in the bedrooms...

"We really enjoyed our stay. We took our 23 ft boat and a jetski and there was plenty of room on dock and in the driveway with trailers. My 2 dogs really enjoyed swimming in the canal. My only concern was the big hole in the yard near the retaining wall that someone could fall into and get hurt. Also, the LVP flooring in the house really needs replaced as it is a tripping hazard. One recommendation would be to have a vaccum guest could use. I have long haired dogs that love swimming which means...

"Our family and friends had a great trip. The house is located in an unbeatable location directly on the open gulf. "This property is exactly as described except it is more private and tranquil than you can ever imagine. Very comfortable for the 6 of us all adults. The location is ideal for boaters, the marina fee for the day was only 50. The home has spectacular views and ocean access is immediate. AC is nice and cold which is hard to find in the Keys.
