"The place had everything we needed. This is the 1st stay where a place had beach towels, a bunch of beach stuff, coffee, seasonings, and more than a sufficient amount of toilet tissue and paper towels. Short walk to the beach."

"This was our SECOND trip back to the Sea Breeze Beach House. We really enjoyed the quite neighborhood and location (short walks to the beach and St. Andrews State Park and close driving distance to good restaurants and grocery stores). The house is clean, kitchen well stocked, and our pups enjoyed the huge fenced in backyard. Highly recommend! "

"We took my son and his friends down for a quick trip before graduation this Saturday! They had a blast! Plenty to do even on the rainy day! We had no issues except trying to figure out the lock on front door! Anything we had issue with or needed in general was resolved in a very timely manner! Prashant was very helpful and accommodating! "This rental has been one of my favorites by far! EVERYTHING you could possibly think of was provided (wouldn't have brought so much for the pups if I'd read the details prior to packing the car lol). The separate fenced area for the dogs was amazing and such a well thought out area too - poo bags and disposal bin with the fire hydrant were so convenient as well as cute! Having a golf cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and wagon were perfect for our trip and was a selling point for...
