"The property was adorable, clean and accurately described. The check in and out was seamless. Will look to book again. "

"Amazing location right on the beach. The house was very stocked, especially with beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and anything else you would need on the beach. I was very impressed with the bed in the master bedroom. It was very comfortable!"

"We had a great stay at this beach house. It had everything we needed and a great pool! It was a short walk to the beach and we appreciated the wagon and beach gear. A quiet neighborhood but a quick drive to the main area of pcb. We would stay again!"

Was so great to be able to go to beach directly from house without having to “pack up” to go. Pool was also great for kiddos when they didn’t want to go to beach. Also being able to use the porch and garage to “desand” after going to the beach was very useful. The kitchen could use some basic seasonings but as far as appliances, pots, and pans, they had everything you need. Great place for families and would stay again in a heartbeat!"

"This property is a true gem. It was a quick walk across the street to the beach access. Lots of shops/ restaurants/ coffee shops within walking distance. Plenty of space for a large group with room to park multiple cars. We truly enjoyed the extras this house offers that most do not. We grilled and played basketball on the back patio, this was prefect for the one rainy day we had. We played ping pong, connect four and watched movies in the game room. "On our multiple vacations to PCB, we have always stayed in a condo, but since our family has grown, we decided a house would be best. It was GREAT to have ample parking for our vehicles (3 but could probably fit 4) in the driveway, no searching for carts and making multiple trips to unload, no waiting in line for elevators, etc.. Just drive up to the front door and unload. The house is wonderful! We had 7 adults and 5 kids ranging in ages of 2-17 and had plenty of room. Kitchen is stocked...

"Filthy place The age of the hotel doesn't justify the filthiness of the place. As we arrived at night, it felt like we were entering a horror movie attraction. The elevator is made of plywood. The floor is cement and is damaged throughout the property. There are drips coming out of the light bulbs. The room is really filthy. On the carpet under the bed there was onion rings!!!! We bought lysol disinfectant spray to spray on everything. Bikini is not a resort! The beach in front is beautiful! Look for other accommodation. "
