We entered the unit and soft jazz was playing, there was a gift basket and two bottles of wine for us to enjoy. There were so very many positive touches. "Great location right on the beach. The view from the balcony is great and it's far enough away from the pool so that you can't hear the when the kids are playing. You can tell it's been updated recently and it looks better than the pictures. In addition, the shower water pressure is AMAZING and the towels are super soft. It's on a nice part of the beach, a little busy but far enough away from the big spring break crowds that it's not crazy. Having access to the building's umbrella and chairs set...

"It is just a rental unit, not a privately owned condo. It was clean, the towels, sheets and bed were good, the coffee maker needs to be replaced. Our biggest concern was door security, with no night chain any one with the code number could come in, day or night."

"We loved this condo. It was neat and clean, and we loved the beachy vibe from the colors and decorations. We also truly appreciated the ample supplies of soft towels, soaps, kitchen supplies, and detergents. We didn't need to buy anything for our stay here. We also loved the ample beach supplies provided; chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The balcony was very nice and has a great view of the sound. All in all a great experience."

We loved that it came with not only a kitchen stocked with everything we needed but also beach towels and sand toys! The washer and dryer were great to have with having such a large family staying for a week. Theres even blow dryers in the bathroom (i forgot mine)! And to top it off the welcome basket was such a welcoming touch and had some things we forgot too! My kids...
