"On day one the jacuzzi both did not have power and the water was milky. This was the main reason for choosing to rent the property. Yes, once notified that there was an issue with the jacuzzi, a maintenance tech was sent out to get power restored. They also sent a pool tech to get the chemical levels right. Unfortunately we were only there for a few days and not able to use the jacuzzi. One of the patio chairs was split due to dry rot.The house had both a dry wood termite infestation as well as...

"Places were cute but in need of some TLC. One cottage has an ant problem in the bathroom and the second one has termites! We found frass on the windowsill and wings in day 2 of our stay! The floors were very dirty! My daughter was crawling on the floors and her hands and knees were black. When we arrived right before our check in time the maid was sitting on the front porch of one of the cottages."
