"Best thing about the place, is of course the location, right on beach at Hampton Beach, and our room was overlooking the ocean. Issues: Room was kind of small and they only had powdered creamer for the coffee in the lobby. No coffee maker in the room. Also, the small refrigerator in the room had no freezer, so could not freeze by ice packs for the next day on the beach, and the front desk had no freezer when I asked. $400 a night!"

"Os funcionários são bem educados e solícitos, porém o hotel é péssimo. A começar pela estrutura física, muito mal cuidado, pintura das paredes, elevador.Outro fator crítico é a limpeza. Assim que cheguei no quarto vi que o chão estava “pregando” de tanta sujeira, era impossível andar descalço. Fiquei lá por 4 noites e em nenhum dia tive meu quarto arrumado. "

"Beautiful porch, overlooking the north end of the beach, with tables & chairs for guests. Two buildings, we stayed in the back 3 floor walk up. The rooms were clean & well kept with balcony & chairs outside your door. Motel staff was friendly & helpful. We will return."

"The location is fantastic. It is dog friendly which is wonderful. The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. Plenty of parking for each room. It met my 1 overnight need but what I thought could be better are room cleanliness - it was dusty and had funky smell (maybe from the a/c), bathroom was very clean, it’s a very simple basic room with no thrills. TV is ridiculously small, but honestly I wasn’t there for that. Over I gave it 3 stars because of the lack of room cleanliness, funky smell &...
