"Beautiful property. I stayed there 18 years ago and always wanted to go back. So glad we did. We loved our beachfront view. It rained a lot, but it was still a very relaxing getaway. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Newburyport is just a 10-minute drive with top shelf restaurants. We enjoyed The Coffee Factory for lunch, they serve a great cup of Joe and the food is delicious. Bar25 NBPT has craft cocktail that are off the charts, and the food was just as good!"

"Having a restaurant, as well as a small lounge, onsite was a big plus. Very convenient location on the edge of town, close to a main route to Mass and Maine along with interior NH. The only thing that I would consider a negative comes with a caveat. The older gentleman that checked me in was very amiable and welcoming, but it took me almost 35 minutes to check-in. "The motel was neat and efficient. They charged a $150 security deposit after the cost of the room which was extreme. Besides that, it was a nice stay. Breakfast choices were decent and there was plenty of parking."

"Elevator not working properly. Bathtub slippery no shower for anyone. 1 out of 2 tvs worked only 1 channel available. Was not given access password for internet. Beds were made with mismatched blankets. Even had a mattress pad for blanket. 1 bed with bedspread, 1 bed had sheet for bedspread. "

"This is truly a very lovely and special inn. Everything was clean and well kept, lawn and lawn games looked inviting, the shared reading spaces were peaceful. We just should’ve done our research beforehand, because we didn’t realize the restaurant was closed two of the three nights we were there. But we’re so happy we discovered this wonderful place!"
