"We had a wonderful stay. Jim was always available and was on top of everything. Had books of recommendations. House couldn’t be in a better location. Wake up and see the Gulf with dolphins swimming while having your morning coffee is how every morning should start. House was great and held 2 families of 4 very comfortably. Pool was great and right next to the house. We felt like we were the only ones on the beach. Loved our stay and will definitely come again. "

"Super cute for a mother/daughter long weekend! Bonus was beach towels, beach chairs and a wagon to take to the beach which was so close to walk to. Pool was awesome as well being just steps from the door. "

"I wish I could give this place 10 stars cause 5 just doesnt feel right. From the moment we arrived to the day we left it felt like home away from home. Its in a wonderful location and just steps away from the beach. The pool was beautiful and clean. The host Jonsie was so responsive and friendly. We will be back here for sure!!! "

"When we arrive had issues with the keypad to be able to enter the property but host was very polite and took care of the issue right away. The rooms on the side of the kitchen we’re hot but after one night they got cool. Also the pool was hot to be able to swim but as soon I reported the situation the host explain about pool cleaning procedures and Saturday afternoon we were able to enjoy it ! "This was the perfect beach house! They have thought of everything you need for a good beach trip. They have chairs and umbrellas and even pool toys, a beach wagon and towels, very short walk to the beach. I love this side of the island, it’s less of a party crowd and more residential. Felt very safe there, the pool was wonderful!!! Very clean and comfortable beds. Short drive to pine ave and steps away from the free trolly stops. Highly recommend and we will come back! "

Perfectly located to everything on Anna Marie Island and walking distance to your own slice of heaven beach. Also had our own beautiful pool to relax around. "From checking in to leaving was very easy. This place was large and had everything we needed. It was clean and near several places we enjoyed going. The beach did have a large waterfront with chairs for first come first serve use and tents that were available to rent. Parking was easy and the space was covered."
