The a/c is a portable a/c that is usually for temporary use. There are vents in the ceiling and I believe there is an a/c in the closet that is locked, however there is no thermostat to control it. "If you don't mind being off the beaten path, this is an incredible find, just minutes from the island beaches. Neat, clean and nicely appointed efficiency apartment. Parking in front of your unit with a side patio with grill and equipped with TVs and comfortable bedding. It was our first time with VRBO and no hassle registration with clear instructions for entry made this a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely come back!"

"Owner Ervin is phenomenal and very responsive to any communication. Condo was clean and met all our needs. There was a small washer/dryer as well as every kitchen gadget you would need for your vacation. Beds were comfortable, TV available in each room.Living room furniture was a bit worn as well as the lanai furniture but certainly still useable.Clubhouse has bbq grills/pool/hot tub for use.Extremely good value for the money. Plan on using them again in the future!"
