"The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away."

"Overall, we enjoyed our time. A few things that need to be addressed, like the distance between the parking and house. You'll need a wagon, something on wheels, especially if you are older. Checking in process is a bit confusing, we had to call the 800 #. However, it's a beautiful spot, very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend."

"2023 last week of July…. Beautiful weather, check in easy, all beds made and plenty of towels provided. 4 bedrooms up, one in middle, two downstairs. Outside dock and sitting deck and lower deck where family swam and floated almost everyday. Nice to have ladders you can walk to on both swim deck and dock. No sandy beach which I knew but my group all over 21 years so not needed. We preferred floating, swimming and using the provided canoe for fishing. House was clean, rustic, comfy furniture in...
