"The balcony with ocean view provided only one chair. We could not sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. The room its self was ok, dated but fine. There is no kitchen just a small refrigerator and coffee pot. The grounds are fantastic, but you will be charged the fees for using the resort. We booked via Expedia so we missed it but was not explained to us at check in."

"If you like riding bikes, it's the ideal place to stay. There are plenty of trails near by and you can ride your bike to them. The apartment is comfortable and very quiet. The apartment is on the first floor with 3 steps getting to your front dóor. No stairs inside. Very nice neighborhood and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend for a very enjoyable vacation."

"This was a very nice, quiet, and private place to stay. Clean and comfortable, it was in an excellent location for walking to the beach and riding bikes along the greenway and into historic Fernadina Beach. It was very easy to communicate with the host and the entire experience was very positive. We did not use the pool or tennis courts but they were a nice option. Thanks for a great stay!"

"This is a great apartment!! Very clean, well appointed, location is great for airport access as well as to other Jacksonville sites and dining locations. Check-in process is easy and communication with manager is great. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is because the apartment is a 3rd floor walk-up and we were travelling with my 85 year old mother. That was not included in the listing. I believe that has been updated."
