"As advertised, the property has an indoor play area for kids, which was one of the reasons we booked since we were traveling with three children. Unfortunately, we only found out upon arrival that not all guests could actually use the amenities shown in the listing (indoor playground, gym, etc). This was disappointing and should have been clearly stated before booking so guests know exactly what is included with their stay."

"This hotel was booked by my elderly mother in error (we were in Tobermory, Scotland and booked in Tobermory, Canada). We were stranded on an island with limited electricity during a storm and needed a place to sleep that same night. Within 30 minutes we noticed the mistake and notified the hotel. After several hours of calls and emails we were told that a 7 day cancellation policy applies and that we would lose all of the money. These are the kind of people who run the hotel, take advantage of...

"We were satisfied with the room and location. It did not have a restaurant as indicated by Expedia. They have a hot tub in the main room (added in), which we thought was a bonus, but produced way to much moisture in the room. Otherwise it was fairly decent."

"Room was well maintained & clean. We didn’t saw anyone from staff, but got a chance to be greeted by the owner during check-inn & it was really great to know about the places to wonder in tobermory, so that you just need to go ahead for it. The property has the best lake view from patio & private beach section, where you could have a memorable time with your loved ones."

"Lots of very loud people in the parking lot when we stayed, and the staff didn't really want to deal with it."
