"The rooms were clean but the staff can do better with learning to be more friendly with guests. The only word I can think of to describe how they treat guests is indifferent."

"Location is close to main downtown area, although you do have to cross a busy road. 555 North Restaurant is located in the hotel and has good food. Brunswick is a nice enough town; Bath is more interesting and closer to some of key attractions."

"This property was going through extensive renovations at the time of our stay. The workers were pounding and sawing until around 9pm. There was debris everywhere making it not only unsafe, but very unsightly! Our room window looked out onto an ugly mountain of discarded mattresses. Our room had been renovated and was nice, but was very small. I think this hotel should not have been open for business during their renovation, and we definitely should not have been charged full price!"

"Great location to catch an early flight! Staff was friendly & assisted with extended parking & shuttle service. Menu available at bar if you choose not to go out. Food was very good! Highly recommend!"

"We were literally locked out of our room because the system was down. We missed our reservations for dinner and spent almost 2 hours along with other guests in the Lobby while someone tried to troubleshoot. It was awful. "
