Às 5:30 h grandes caminhões começaram a passar, freiando ruidosamente para o farol e acelerando para sair. Quartos isolados, longe do lobby, trazem insegurança. Quarto com cheiro de mofo, mas limpo. Pelo mesmo preço, estamos ficando em motéis muito superiores, em localizações ótimas. Embora a recepção tenha sido cordial, nos deram um horário rígido para o café, de 8 às 9 h,...

"Mattresses in the room we stayed in hurt my back. When you first lay down, they feel great! As my weight compressed the mattress through the night, I could feel the metal platform base in my back. A box spring or a firm flat surface between the mattress and the frame would improve it. The mattress seemed good, just not meant for a metal frame with nothing between the frame and the mattress. Neither the front door to our room nor the windows closed completely; gaps allowed light, heat, and noise into the room. We found old, half-empty beer cans in our room upon arrival.
