"Heater would blow cold air. You get one sheet and a thin blanket. Froze all night. The fridge doesnt work just made noise all night. Showers need a curtain, you have to step out in cold puddles of water to get shampoo and the tile is uneven. You get one towel. Not enough parking spaces. I will be staying in spirit lake again but never staying here again"

"Very clean, as always. Helpful staff, as always. I have been here many times and had a good experience every time.
The place is older and not a "premier" hotel and it shows, but it serves its purpose and is comfortable."
