"Convenient location off I 81. The property is quite old and showing its age. The property uses old style keys rather than key cards. The key for our room did not work and required a master key to open the door. The room was carpeted. As as often the case, the carpet looked like it hadn’t been shampooed in a decade. The heater was loud the pipes gurgled all night long through the bathroom tub, but the worst of it all was the beds. Well, the mattress is were reasonably comfortable the beds...

"The property felt like home to us, and the service was always prompt."

"The listing missed mentioning how many stairs there are . I don't do steps well. Otherwise the apartment was very nice. I have never paid that much for housecleaning so that is a negative in my book."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Sparrow" cottage. It was very clean and just the right size for the two of us. The entire property at The Ledges was kept up with the utmost of care. Situated by the docks made just sitting and watching boats and birds a delight. The location is very near the downtown area where all the restaurants and shops are. If you want to get away from it all and unwind, this is the place for you!Thank you, Amy and Nick!"

There is everything you need for cooking and a dishwasher! We brought our two small dogs, and we enjoyed exploring the property, especially by the docks. The fall decor is grogeous. Each cottage had its own pumpkin, firepit with supplied wood, kindling and Adirondack chairs, and outdoor table area. I highly recommend...

"Awesome cabin vibes, with new amenities, very clean and organized. Beautiful neighborhood with stunning views. The host are extremely easy to communicate with and would highly recommend."

"We enjoyed the property and all it had to offer. "

"Cute little cabin. Was perfect for location in 1000 islands"

"Very nice and clean place, fantastic layout to hangout with your family, nice views. Staff was fantastic to deal with."

"We had cottage #17. The cottage was excellent and very clean. Everything worked like it should, good water pressure, washer/dryer in the cottage, and 2 bathrooms! Management response to any question was fast and friendly. The only thing the cottage didn’t have was a good view of the river, although you can get a glimpse from the porch if you look to the right. However, that is not a knock as the cottage is an incredible value. You do have access to the river but it requires walking down a little...
