"The building is in horrible shape but I won't blame the unit owner. The pool was a joke and the attached shopping(?) building was nearly abandoned. The unit could use some updating. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and squeeky. Every movement either my husband or I made was loud and kept us both awake. "Condo was very clean, rooms her good sized, each having a separate bathroom was ideal. Also centrally located for attending Laconia bike week. About 4 miles from Weirs beach, walking distance to Cumberland Farms. The host, Margaret, was exceptional. Would highly recommend."

"Great location. Close to the strip"

"Great location, specially for concerts or enjoying the beach. Some road noise."

The property has everything you'll need for comfort - fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, queen bedroom and renovated bathroom. Wonderful memories made...

In fact, I messaged her 2x and even though she responded to my messages before our arrival and during our stay she claimed not to have seen my message. On the second day of us being there, she responded with “sorry didn’t...
