"We had a wonderful vacation. The cottage was cute, very clean, and the host was great! Great location! The beach is a very short 2 minute walk, the bay just a 1 minute walk. Short walk to local restaurants. We had a short stay, so we didn't get to use the kayaks, but we did take advantage of the pool. Loved that the property had grills, and a cute outdoor area as well. "We had a fantastic stay at Sophie's Cottage. The entire home has been renovated and is pristine and immaculate. The pool and backyard are breathtaking with an amazing view of the canal. The owner, Jim, is high class and ensured we had everything we needed to start our vacation; bikes, chairs, beach towels. Great communications with him. He provides everything you need to have a memorable stay. The home is perfectly located near the beach and village. Definitely will return!"

"For our girls getaway we like to have a pool, the ocean, a comfortable place to stay and a deck with a view to read and relax. The place was very comfortable, the pool was great, the ocean a 1/2 mile walk and the lanai was nice as well. There wasn't much of a view as it overlooked the main road - which you can't tell from the pictures. Overall a great place to stay and experience Siesta Key."
