"Resort was not very accommodating to disability needs. Very disappointed. Using the grotto spa, got charged a 15% gratuity on everything, including the use of the grotto pool where no one did anything to earn a gratuity. Felt like a money grab when the whole experience was already very expensive. Felt overcharged and under serviced."

"This is a fraudulent listing. When we called to check-in the phone was answered by an intoxicated person who refused out stay. VRBO provided us no ability to cancel or return our funds. From my conversation with the intoxicated person they are a tenant that is renting the home illegally."

"The property was surface clean. Bottom of shower needed work, couch had stains (blankets would help), light bulbs burned out, pillow slip stains, dirty bbq, dirty coffee pot. You can tell that the cleaners are not putting in any effort, and there is no one checking on their work. The biggest issue was the plugged sink drain. It seemed ok, but slow, for the first few days, but then when we used a large amount of water in the sink, it wouldn’t drain. A plumber was called, but was unable to fix it...

"The property owner is friendly, the premises are kept very clean, which I appreciated so much. Location is good as we travelled to other islands nearby and drove to Tofino for a day too. I was looking forward to picking oysters and clams as advertised (and had to get a fishing license for it) but there were hardly any oysters at this beach. seems it was combed cleaned. I had read a review that mentioned the small fridge being a problem, so I brought a large cooler and that solved the problem....
