"We highly recommend staying here. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the whole resort had a spa like feel. The best touch was they even did turn down service which you don’t see very often these day. We had a nice little tray with tea and cookies when we came back from enjoying the outdoor hot tub. "Issues with black mould in the bathroom, all the way up into the ceiling, bed was hard, old and very creaky, breakfast in the restaurant was not edible. Paid $25 for meat omelet that could not be eaten due to griddle oil taste, excess pepper that was mixed into the omelette, fresh tomato slices were warm, soggy, and mushy. Informed that it was my choice, not to eat the omelet and therefore had to pay for it."

"I liked the fully equipped 1 bedroom Condo I was assigned on the 2nd floor but trying to find my parking spot was difficult as the parking spot numbers were very faded out and definitely now clear to see at the time I arrived! I finally drove around the parking area 3 times to figure out the parking for the Condi I was in. Also had a fuse blow due to the fact I had turned on the wonderful fireplace to get warm and then went to heat my dinner in the microwave and blew the fuse! I attempted to...

"A hospedagem foi boa e confortável. A localização do hotel é excelente, adoramos a praia, muito bonita. Nosso quarto foi no térreo, o barulho do quarto em cima nos incomodou um pouco. A comida não gostamos muito, cardápio no jantar é simples e poucas opções, o café da manhã deixou a desejar. Mas em compensação no lobby tem uma máquina de café e chocolate quente além de opções de chá, que fez toda a diferença para nós. O Juan da recepção foi muito simpático, educado e se destacou entre os demais funcionários."
