"Uma das piores experiências que já tivemos na vida. De longe o pior serviço hoteleiro que já recebemos. Parece que estão lhe fazendo um favor. O check in começava ás 16:00, chegamos às 15:00 e não nos deixaram entrar. Pois bem, decidimos conhecer a cidade e os arredores da ilha de Skye. Passamos o dia fora, e retornamos 23:00 já que vimos que a recepção era a qualquer momento, 24 horas por dia.Nos informaram que nossa cabana era a de número 4 e ficava bem longe da sede.Notamos que tinham...

"Hotel muito limpo, pitoresco e aconchegante. Cozinha e café da manhã excelentes. Como me pareceu muito antigo não dispõe de elevadores, o que dificulta um pouco. Mas fica numa área muito gostosa da cidade com boas opções de alimentação próximos."

"I don’t often write reviews but feel compelled to here. After a long day of driving from Culloden, we hit the brunt of Storm Amy in the dark before we ever hit the Skye bridge. After what felt like a lifetime in 90+ mph winds we finally got to the hotel and felt like we were walking into a friends house. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They shuffled us over to the pub next door for a warm meal and a cold beer (the food is excellent), took our bags to our rooms for us, and checked in...

"Great location right in Portree. Good food in the restaurant and there are many other restaurants within walking distance. Our room was right at the front of the hotel and there was some noise in the square but it did not bother us and I am a very light sleeper. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would stay there again. Travelled with family. Room accommodated 3 adults with room to spare. "
