"Overall, a great lodging in the heart of a quaint community. It was just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and a grocery. (BTW, if you arrive late, like we did shortly after 8, either quickly make to a restaurant–most close their kitchens by 8:30–or do what we did, go down the street toward the grocery near the water's edge and pick up things you can cook). Like all the B&Bs in UK that we stopped at, the fridge is not stocked so you will have to stock it yourself and then probably dump or...

"This was the perfect spot for our exploration of Isle of Skye. The cottage was exactly as pictured, the bed comfortable, the view impeccable,and the hosts lovely. They met us on arrival to show us some things in the house and gave us fresh bed an homemade jam. They were very responsive to questions. We could not have asked for a better stay and I hope we can return some day!"

We did have an issue with the oven not working so it would have been useful to have some sort of manual for the property. Perhaps we just didn’t see it. Overall a great experience. "

"My wife and I loved our stay at the Lodge. The location was very quiet with lovely views. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen for meal prep. It was only a short walk away to the beach that had lots of tide pools and beautiful views of the Skye coast. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is a wonderful cottage in a gorgeous area. My husband and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and remote experience on the Isle Of Skye.
