"When I first reserved this place for my wife and mother in law, it showed a 7+rating about 2 months ago. When they got there it was dirty, nasty, and unkept. I went to the app that I used to rent it and the rating was now a 4.2. How does a property drop in rating that much in 2 months. It has to be because of the place itself and the ownership/ management. I don’t recommend this place for anyone."

After checkin I went to check the room and ended up needing to have our bedsheets changed out because of crumbs and unknown dried substances crusted on the bed. It looked like after the last people left all they did was make the bed and not change the sheets. When we were leaving for the beach, something told me to check the door. To my disbelief the door opened without a key being utilized, so anyone could have walked up and opened the door. Front...

"Was nasty 1st room had mildew order really bad staff moved us to another room that room had poop on the seat and the shower had hair on it the blankets had been tucked and straightened up you can see someone had s3x on it both rooms had no keys. I ended up not staying at this nasty place. Still waiting on my refund of my deposit and refund from the room.. do not recommend this place"
