"I stayed here previously. The hotel has direct access to the beach and the property is pet friendly which is great as a new pet owner. The weather was bad this trip so I spent a lot of time in the room. It seems my room was updated in a hurry. The bathroom towel rack, tub faucet and handle weren’t installed correctly and I was afraid they were going to come out of the wall anytime I touched them. Another downer, guests started fighting for hours - yelling, screaming, slamming doors late one...

"Location was good. Room was good (roomy with kitchette). Breakfast downstairs at best was average (out of items, no coffee, etc). Some staff were very helpful but others were incovienced (morning weekend front desk)."

"The AC wasnt working right. Continental breakfast ran out too quickly. The ice machines didnt work. The elevators were visibly dirty. The doors didnt close right, entrance and bathroom. The beds were clean which made the stay ok. The only staff member that was helpful was the person who checked us in and out. The pool was under rennovations."
