"It was a very bad experience. I got there later than planned and the office was closed. The security guard opened a different room than the one I've booked and there was a big cockroach inside the bathroom. I asked him to help me kill it or take it out and if I could change to the room I've booked online. He said he needed to wake up the people from the office.
