"The location it was really nice to be able to go to other areas. Most areas are walkable. I would recommend the location and the apartment was okay. It is probably one of the better ones that you will find in the area."
"The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City."

Room listings were misleading...suite listed without a room to match...house listed with free breakfast and not provided. Much construction work caused for loud environment during daytime and many cats and dogs making much noise early morning and night. Connected to the owners place where they had access to enter our side of the building where some food items came up missing in the night and lights were turned on....
"We were looking for a place to stay for a quick visit to Tacloban for a friend's wedding around the Palo area. Our key concern was the proximity since we didn't want to book anywhere too far. Fan's was a great find. They had a nice and clean place, accommodating staff, and was close to a bunch of places to see, food to sample, and not as much traffic as the city's main roads. "

"Best hotel in the area. Very friendly staff and pretty decent food. The mango and watermelon shakes are not creamy shakes but more like slushis. Very fresh and amazing. Its not the best hotel but it is great for the area.
