"Even though we had a bit of trouble with our booking when we checked in, the hotel manager did a really good job of sorting that out. From there, the stay was fantastic. The staff are absolutely brilliant — from the gate and security team to the hotel staff, waiters, and reception. Every single person we interacted with was welcoming and professional.
