Também recebemos um upgrade para quarto de frente para Halong bay.

"We arrived at 1:50 pm for check-in and were told rooms weren't available until 3:00 pm. After waiting over 3 hours, we finally got a room at 4:10 pm because our booked Bay View Family Room still wasn't ready. During the wait we spent a considerable amount at the bar. We were then "upgraded" to an Executive Lake View Room despite specifically booking a bay view. Reception moved us again, but the bay was only visible from the bathroom. We gave up arguing.
The room had multiple maintenance issues:...
"They do not provide proper instruction on how to collect the room key card. The Ala Carte managed by Anstay. The management should provide a clear instructions to their customers. I hired a taxi to go around just to find the address provided in the email but unfortunately the address was very difficult to find. Mostly of their staff cannot speak or understand english. They don't even reply on messages they have very poor communication."
