"Our kids loved the basketball court, the view from our balcony was amazing, room was clean, beds were good and the breakfast in the morning was great. staff was super helpful and we enjoyed a night cap from the bar. Would highly recommend this stop and would definitely stay again in the future."

"Booked and confirmed. Showed up and told no power , no water. I know it’s not the property owners fault , but absolutely no reason they couldn’t have contacted me before the 8 hour drive there , I arrived before check in and went to the office rang the doorbell and called serval times with no answer, then emailed them and a few minutes later someone came out and said my reservation was canceled. I asked why they didn’t call or email hours ago … he said everyone knew about it ? Apparently yes...

"We were supposed to stay at the property but the govt had put out a STATE of EMERGENCY and advised everyone to stay off the roads. This was when there was a huge storm and roads were washed out in many spots. This hotel thought they were doing us a favour and only charging us half price for a room we never used. Their excuse was that they heard the roads were open. Obviously this was no fault of our own and we had to cancel our trip to the Cabot Trail because of the SOE."
