Welcome to Glen View Retreat, a modern A-frame designed for relaxing mountain escapes with family and friends. With three king bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private hot tub, and plenty of space to unwind, it’s an easy place to settle in and enjoy Idyllwild.

Upstairs, the open living area brings everyone together with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats six, and a ping-pong tabletop can be placed over it for a little friendly competition after dinner.

All three bedrooms feature king-size beds with luxury linens, individual A/C and heat, electric fireplaces, and Smart TVs, giving everyone their own comfortable space to recharge.

Outside, enjoy multiple spaces made for mountain living. Start the morning with coffee in the fresh air, grill dinner on the propane BBQ, or relax with a glass of wine as the sun goes down. End the day with a soak in the private hot tub, the perfect finish after exploring Idyllwild.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
This vacation rental is equipped with mini split air-conditioning.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.

- Pets: We do allow dogs; however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval, and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox.

- Parking: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles.

- Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Guests will be held liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

- County permit number: 001552

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age. Those under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional insurance for $70.00 non-refundable on the day of arrival.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.
