"Overall was good nice and cleane would tell my friends about it only kick back was traffic and the one cop that wacth us the first night"

"The owner is very responsive to inquiries and even checked on us the following day to ensure everything with the property was as expected. The place was clean and well put together. The front porch was awesome and plenty of space for a group gathering. The grill was clean and ready for use; bring a metal flipper! The queen and king beds are comfortable, the bunk beds are great for young ones; daughter slept fine on it. The only reason why I rated the online listing a 4 vice a 5, there were...

"Outlaw House was the perfect place to stay for our ATV getaway. There were plenty of comfortable beds for 9 people. The driveway had room for 4 cars, 2 trailers, and 4 ATVs. The porch was peaceful and a great gathering spot in the mornings and evenings. Good location for HM and Outlaw trails."

"Nice cozy place. It is actually 4 bedrooms instead of 5. One bedroom is big enough to have 2 queen beds and a 2 twins and is attached to one of the bathrooms. I made it a bit complicated to plan because I thought it was a separate bedroom. It is part of another bedroom. The place was big and cozy enough for the 11 of us. "

"House was very clean and had everything we needed. Host was very nice and helpful. She even decorated the yard for my birthday. Nice big driveway to park the trucks and trailers. Highly recommend this place if you're coming to ride the HMT trails. "

"Nice, clean house. Storage shed for SxS was a nice addition. Would have liked to have had a dishwasher, but that did not stop us from enjoying our stay. Very close to Hatfield & McCoy trails. "

"Best place to stay in matewan. The parking at the cabin is massive and the cabin location is perfect. Plenty of sleeping arrangements. And the hosts are amazing. "

"We stayed here while riding the Hatfield and McCoy trails, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone in our group to relax after a long day of riding. It was exactly what we needed—comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but work called us back. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trail trip in West Virginia!We will be back to stay again!"
