"The owner is very responsive to inquiries and even checked on us the following day to ensure everything with the property was as expected. The place was clean and well put together. The front porch was awesome and plenty of space for a group gathering. The grill was clean and ready for use; bring a metal flipper! "Outlaw House was the perfect place to stay for our ATV getaway. There were plenty of comfortable beds for 9 people. The driveway had room for 4 cars, 2 trailers, and 4 ATVs. The porch was peaceful and a great gathering spot in the mornings and evenings. Good location for HM and Outlaw trails."

"Perfect for a quiet place to sleep after a long day of riding the HMT trails! Stephanie was great! Water line broke in the town while we were out and Stephanie had a case of water and extra water for the bathroom in case it was off a while. Water was on before we returned but she went out of her way to make sure we were good. Thanks! We should be back soon."

"We stayed here while riding the Hatfield and McCoy trails, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone in our group to relax after a long day of riding. It was exactly what we needed—comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but work called us back. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trail trip in West Virginia!We will be back to stay again!"

"Family friendly location. Property was clean and neat! The property owner was extremely gracious when I needed to adjust our plans a little. Extremely accommodating to our needs. I will definitely stay at the property again. It’s right at a trailhead as well. The parking was a big plus! Having trailers makes it hard to find a property to accommodate that need. So easy, unload and go! Never have to travel to find a trailhead :) "

"The inside of the cabin is adorable and they have thought of your every need. It is comfortable and well stocked.We walked up the trail leading to the Hatfield Family Cemetery, and visited the museum as well A lot of WV history in such a small museum. The Lady running the store/museum was very nice and very happy to answer all of our questions about the Hatfield and McCoy feud.She had much interesting information being a direct descendent to Devil Ance Hatfield."

"Nice cozy place. It is actually 4 bedrooms instead of 5. One bedroom is big enough to have 2 queen beds and a 2 twins and is attached to one of the bathrooms. I made it a bit complicated to plan because I thought it was a separate bedroom. It is part of another bedroom. The place was big and cozy enough for the 11 of us. "

"We had an amazing stay at the cabin. Everything was nice. The cabin was quiet and clean. Billy was so thoughtful and made sure we made it into the cabin site with our trailer. Was able to ride on trail leaving right from the cabin It was a wonderful weekend we will be back. "
