"Hotel room smelled of bad mold and mildew. Could not stay in the room!"

"The property was clean and the woman who checked us in was fantastic. She was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast on the other hand was awful. Tried to eat it both mornings and couldn't. Eggs were clearly powdered and were flavorless. The potatoes were barely cooked and hard. Sausage was barely warm. Coffee was ok. With that in mind, I would still stay again knowing I was going out for breakfast every morning!"

"The cottage is in a great location close to Main Street and the harbor. Easy parking at the cottage and it’s in a walkable area. Decor is cute and nautical, but it does feel like the cottage is missing a few things. It sleeps 4, but there is not enough seating for 4 in the living room. An additional comfortable chair would be nice. A stackable washer and dryer would also be great, but there is very little space for anything- we even had trouble finding spots for our luggage. "Great stay in a nice location. We just stayed a night on the way up the Cape. It was just what we needed. Simple, clean, and good location."

"Hot tub outdated only had upper jets. Leak under kitchen sink. Coffee maker is a Keurig single serve. No carpet in the room was nice. Much cleaner that way. You must bring dirty towels to their laundry location and garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot when you leave or you will be charged $100 cleaning fee. No daily cleaning, no iron or ironing board. All can be requested. Door between the rooms was insufficient and we heard all the noise from the other room. Designated smoking area...

"This was our second time visiting the Cape, and once again we loved it! Rebecca was incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout our trip. We ran into a little trouble with the keypad, but Rebecca was very responsive and helped resolve it quickly. The stay was everything we needed: clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. The other problem was noise from the construction next door. They really should have communicated that on the Expedia site . From early morning at 7am there was construction...
