A private gate in our backyard leads directly to a beautiful, well-maintained community park, perfect for picnics, games, or a relaxing stroll. The park can also be reserved for private events with a city-issued permit.

House Rules

* Events & Gatherings: Gatherings of over 30 guests must be pre-approved by the owner. Events with up to 50 guests are permitted for an additional event fee.
* Day-Use Visitors: Any visitors not staying overnight are subject to a fee of $50 per person, per day.

Important Information

* Booking Contract: Before your booking is confirmed, you will be required to agree to and sign the owner's contract, which will be sent via email.
* Pool Heating: The pool is open year-round and is heated to 75°F by default. You may request to have it heated to 80-85°F for an additional fee of $75 per day. This is recommended for the winter and spring seasons and requires 24-hour notice.
*Check-Out & Housekeeping: Standard check-out instructions must be followed. You may opt out of these tasks for a $100 fee, and our cleaners will handle them for you. For an additional $100 fee and 48-hour notice, we can make the top bunks for your arrival; otherwise, bedding is provided for you to use.
*Security: For your security, two cameras are located on the exterior of the property (above the garage and on the back porch). Please do not tamper with or disable them.
*Ice Maker: Due to previous damage, the ice maker in the refrigerator is unavailable for guest use.
*Community Park Access: A gate in the backyard provides direct access to the community park. You can call Hurricane City to reserve this space for a fee.
