SUPER LARGE DESIGNED HOME EQUIPED W/SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE. We welcome you to 'Sunshine Villa". Sunshine Villa comfortably sleeps 30 with 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms & more than enough room for your indoor and outdoor dining, playing, meeting or just hanging out. We have built Sunshine Villa with those guests in mind who are needing a facility for large groups: families, sports, teams, reunions, ATV gangs, golf buddies, corporate retreats...WE ARE HAPPY TO HOST LARGER GROUPS: 30 + PLEASE INQUIRE.

The space
Upstairs you will find 2 game/entertainment rooms with a number of games: TV's, table shuffleboard, air hockey, Atari Game Table, fridge, microwave, etc. to keep the kiddos out of your hair. (After all adults need a little down time to recreate as well.) You will have your own private resort and literally won't need to leave as we have tried to provide fun activities for guests of all ages. You'll have your own private pool(also great for pool volleyball), heated attached spa and places around the pool/spa area for eating, with the backdrop sizzle coming from the large BBQ grill.

We have outfitted the home with large gathering areas both in the dining area and at poolside. The home also lends itself well for the private downtime naps as well. Did we mention the washers/dryers on both floors and the kitchen is fully stocked w/ all modern appliances and kitchenware.
Here are some of the other amenities you will enjoy:
1. Merely 40 Steps from the garage is the community center with a lap pool, community pool, super-sized spa and splash pad.
2. Out the front door and across the tree-lined street are the pickle ball courts (with lighting for evening play) and a frisbee park.
3. 1/2 mile from the Sand Hollow reservoir for lake activities
4. 1/2 mile from the renowned Sand Hollow Golf Course
5. About 1 mile from the Sand Hollow recreation area for four-wheeling adventures including sand dunes.
6..20 minute drive to St. George
7. 35 minute drive to Zions National Park.
8. A mere 35 hour drive to New York.
9..Ample parking for cars at Sunshine Villa
10. ample parking for trucks, trailers and recreational vehicles at the resort, you can leave your trailer attached to your truck as parking stalls will accommodate them.
11. AND, if all that weren't enough....a hair dryer in every suite.

House was perfect for our golf group, plenty of space, both indoor and out. Only bummer was that the heater for the hot tub went out and we couldn’t use it for the first three days, it was eventually repaired during the trip. The community hot tub right across the street was a nice substitute.

Absolutely fabulous place!

The vrbo says you never have to leave the property and this is so true. Pickleball courts just a few steps away...a pool one step out the back patio...another pool and lap pool ten steps away...six incredible king size suites...the hugest seating area in the kitchen you could possibly imagine...there were 22 of us and it all worked beautifully. There are two awesome bunkbed rooms as well!There is a grassy green area also a few steps away where we set up nine square and bucket golf!The owner and property manager were very responsive before and during our stay. We highly recommend this spectacular home.

Surprise proposal

Perfect property for our large family. We rented this for a weekend getaway with our kids, grandkids and some family friends. My son proposed to his girlfriend on a razor ride through sand hollow. This house is the perfect location and has the perfect amount of space.

Annual Family Getaway

The property was beautiful but we had several concerns with the cleanliness. There were spiders in 4 of the bathrooms. They had been there longer than a week so that brings questions as to how well they were cleaned. We found the bedspreads were either stained or were not clean. Some of the white towels we didn’t use due to stains or they weren’t clean. We were careful about no food in the bedrooms, yet the upstairs bunk rooms had lots of candy wrappers between the beds and on the mattresss. Again a question of cleanliness. There was something that looked like a small piece of chewed gum stuck to the walls. And there was something like candy stuck to one of the blankets in the top closet. Do you wash blankets and bedspreads between guests? That is troubling to us. We couldn’t get the fridge in the garage to keep cold, therefore we had to throw some neat and potato salads away, and they weren’t cheap. The grill outside was disgusting and there were several used bandaids around on the concrete around the pool. Again cleanliness questions. I am a firm believer in the fact that you can’t fix something if you don’t know it’s broken. Again beautiful layout and furnishings but big concerns about cleanliness.

Excellent Stay

The place was perfect for our family reunion. We had plenty of space for all of us. The place was clean and the property manager was very attentive! Made sure we were all comfortable and happy. I would highly recommend!!

Sunshine Villa

Wonderful house, clean and spacious, close to so many things to do. We loved the pickleball courts and our swimming pool. We only had one small problem and Peggy solved it immediately. Such a wonderful family reunion

Superb Family Rental!

This house was very well kept and perfectly located to Zion National Park,Sand Hollow state park, St George, and numerous other sites! We had a mix of kids and adults. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations of the house, the community pool and fitness area, and the pickle ball courts. We stay at a VRBO every year as a family and we all highly recommend this location and will come back again!

Wonderful place for a family reunion

We had an amazing stay. Loved that all of the rooms had their own bathrooms. Beds were very soft. Pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed. They both heated up super fast. The only complaint was that the two downstairs bedrooms near the stairs could hear every step of the people walking above them. Oh and we were disappointed that the pickleball courts across the street weren’t lighted as advertised but they may just be temporary. But overall wonderful place to stay.

Great Family Reunion Home

Stayed here for our family reunion. Fantastic home with plenty of room for 20+ people. Great family room/dining/kitchen area for everyone to gather. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Right across the very quiet street from pickleball courts and grassy park area for the kids to play. Great owners to work with and very nice. Would love to host another family reunion at this home.

Great for Families

This was the best place for large family outings! Lots of room for families to spread out! Pool and hot tub were awesome. We spent our time over Thanksgiving weekend and it was perfect for our 21 family members!

Family reunion

Everything was even better than the pictures! E loved our stay. The location was next to everything we needed. And for all of the people who stayed, it was extremely spacious. The pool was a perfect. We definitely will be back!

Great Place

Very high standard of accommodation, well equipped, clean, and comfy. Everything is as it appears in the pictures and more! The bedrooms are large and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and well maintained. We loved gathering around the pool and in the large kitchen just having fun.

Awesome pool and hot tub

The pool and hot tub were exactly what we love, temperatures were perfect. Most comfortable mattresses. Table size in kitchen was perfect for games. Sturdy bunk beds in bunk rooms were appreciated. Plenty of pool and bath towels. No ice in the freezer was inconvenient and needed more paper towels than what was left in the pantry. This stay was so enjoyable and would be a fun destination again in the future.

The home was even better than we expected. The 2 large tables were perfect for our group. Beds were comfortable and so many bathrooms. We enjoyed the game room, tv areas, private pool, and pickleball. A short drive to Sand Hollow. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing property!

Sunshine Villa is an amazing property. We were looking forward to staying at this property and it did not disappoint. Communication with the owners and their team was easy, smooth, and direct. The home is SPACIOUS! It is beautifully designed and tastefully decorated. It is very clean and inviting with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is gorgeous and accommodating. Each of the bedrooms are well appointed as are the bathrooms. We especially appreciated the fact that the majority of the rooms were designed as master suites with beautiful and spacious ensuites. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable and provided great rest. The game closet upstairs is stocked with family-friendly games and the loft is very spacious and comfortable. We loved that it was two separate areas for game playing and movie watching. We also loved that there was a laundry room on both the main and upper levels of the house. It is a very family-friendly house and great for a friend's weekend getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!!

This property was perfect for our family reunion. It’s very spacious and had absolutely everything we needed. The bedrooms were big and each the bathrooms were amazing. I seriously can not say enough positive things about this place. The community pool and pickle ball courts are a huge bonus and we loved both of them. We did have some complications with the private pool not being usable the first two days of our stay. I told the owner and he was so responsive and gracious. He ended up letting us stay an extra day free of charge. It was so nice! Will definitely be booking this place again!

Great stay

Was a great place to stay. The pool was amazing for some HOT summer days. Conveniently close to lakes and walmart. Only 20 minutes from bigger city of st george. Could have used more cleaning supplies and toilet paper and paper towels for our almost week long stay. 2 of the 3 doors with pool access had an alarm to alert when opened, it would have been helpful to have one on the 3rd as well. Power blip out of the owners control, but luckily it was short lived! Other than that the stay was amazing!

The best vacation home!

This is probably the best vacation house we have stayed at and we do this every year where we book a home for our summer family gathering in St. George! The home was clean and very spacious for all of us and the kids absolutely loved the pool! Will definitely be staying here again!!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We loved our stay at Sunshine Villa! The layout of the house was ideal for our needs and was well-appointed in every way. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were and appreciated having their own bathrooms. The kitchen area was fantastic. We loved the dining tables for eating and other family activities. The pool was a lot of fun, the games and activities upstairs were great, pickleball was nice too. All around, there was something for everyone and we all had great time.

Family Reunion House

This property was perfect for our family reunion. We had 30 people staying here and it never felt crowded. It was super clean and the amenities were fun. The game area was the kid/teen hang out and the private pool and hot tub were amazing. The community pool and pickle ball courts were steps away from the house. The host was quick to respond when we had questions and was great to work with. I would recommend this place for any large gathering. We’ll definitely be coming back.
