5-star 3-bedroom home with theater and hot tub!

You will love your stay in this beautiful, peaceful area. This is a ranch-style home very close to town but in a quiet neighborhood with small hobby farms and orchards.

We live in the top portion of the house. Yours is the bottom portion (not a basement), which is 2100 sq ft and is a separate private living space with a private entrance. It is beautiful with high ceilings and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry facility, theater room, and wifi. 2 high quality queen beds, 1 full size bed with memory foam, and one quality twin bed. There is also a very nice queen sofa sleeper and two smaller couches. It has granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, 9-ft ceilings, and real hardwood floors throughout. Your unit has a walk-out entrance with a beautiful yard with a large lawn.

Your access is the bottom (north entrance). There are no steps and it is wheelchair accessible. There is a keypad with an access code that will be sent to you after booking.

One dog is allowed with a $100 pet fee, but only on a case-by-case basis. Please message us before booking and tell us about your pup (breed, size, age, mannerisms). Also, your dog must not be left alone in the home while you are gone (there is a wonderful doggy day care just one mile from us).

We will interact with you as much or as little as you'd like. Feel free to ask us about local sights and restaurants. And, for a very reasonable rate, we would love to take you to the lake on our wakeboard boat for wakeboard/surf lessons, or to show you some amazing hiking or mountain biking trails.

This is a very peaceful neighborhood, very near to town but also tucked away and very safe. Most of the neighbors have small hobby farms and orchards (no roosters nearby, thankfully). The views from the house are gorgeous.

This is Southern Utah... so, no public transportation. You'll need a car. If you really want to experience the full beauty of this area then bring (or rent) a 4x4, 4-wheeler, or mountain bike and explore some of our beautiful back country.

*House Rules*
Please, no shoes in the house. We know that you're on vacation, so we know there will be a lot of smiles and laughter (hopefully). However, because this is a multi-unit house please keep things somewhat quiet after 10pm on weekdays, and 11pm on weekends.

Also, please only 5 people in the hot tub at one time. Please shower before getting into the hot tub, and please completely dry off before going back into the house (hardwood floors don't like water).
