"It’s a cool space but it’s filthy. There is dust and cobwebs everywhere. The windows need a cleaning. Sorry I sat on the porch last night as my cost is dirty from the dirt on the rocking chair. "Nicole's renovation of this charming old farmhouse, both inside and outside, is a work of art and no doubt a labor of love.Clean rooms.Modern bathrooms.Beautiful property.Great breakfast. One caution: the staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom is probably unsuitable for older people. ."

"Lynn was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. Our stay was very comfortable and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to be. "The hosts were very nice and friendly. The kitchen was clean and the morning coffee was great! Our room was spacious enough and the beds were very comfortable. The setting is charming!"

"What a hidden gem! Just minutes away from the hussel and bussle of the city! Beautiful gardens and well stocked kitchen!"

"This was an amazing trip & thank you to Kalman for making it very easy. The location is huge and the backyard is pretty big. Overall 10/10"

The carpet was dirty and hadn't been vacuumed recently. The mattresses were old and creaky. The outside of the building had plants growing on the end of it and there were spiders in the hallway upstairs. With a little paint on the walls and a good cleaning it could be a great place to stay.
