-Full-size deep soaking tub (and combination shower) with on-demand gas water heater (not a small limiting tank)
-Small heater-less all-in-1 Washer-Dryer (spins dry, just takes 3+ hours) if you need to do a small load of laundry

OFFICE/FRONT ROOM:

The room over the gooseneck in the front of the tiny house (8 ft x 8 ft roughly) has a 6-7 ft tall vaulted ceiling. It has a live-edge built-in L-shaped corner wood desktop with an office chair, extra monitor and 32” TV, Ethernet cable for hi-speed wired internet (in addition to WiFi), a perfect place to plug in your laptop and get some work done (with an elevated view on all 3 sides from 5 different windows). A full-size sofa creates an additional relaxing space up high with plenty of natural light.

OTHER DETAILS:

The Tiny House on wheels has 10 ft tall ceilings in the main living room, with a 6’3” tall kitchen as the main sleeping loft (queen size bed) over the kitchen which has a 4’ vaulted ceiling height. The loft is 10 feet long, 7.5 feet wide.

The wardrobe features a 6 ft long hanging clothes bar with lots of deep shelves, and 3 panels to access from the loft above (including additional storage in the stair-drawers and floor as well); 3 sets of additional pillows in closet with various different firmness.
Guest access
Guests will have full exclusive access and use of tiny house, covered tiny decks/patios to rear and side of tiny house, and access to grassy space via rear stairs, including raised vegetable garden access, grassy area with fire pit and private parking. Space is lined on one side by trees; view of field on other side of tiny house and then parking in front of warehouse building at property entrance. The warehouse building is occupied and there may be other cars parked in front of the building during business hours.

The 2 other tiny houses may contain Airbnb guests as well who will share access to the garden and firepit area.

Parking - please park in front of the metal building at the entrance of the property on the concrete. Tiny house is just a short walk along the side of the warehouse onto the back of the property where the grass and trees and field are located and a small private courtyard/back yard.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING ALL THE WAY THROUGH PRIOR TO BOOKING.

A lot of blood, sweat and tears (and time and money) continues to go into this luxury tiny house that I spent a full year building & customizing (and continue to tweak ever since). I designed and built the house initially for my wife and I to live in - which we did for nearly 2 years until our first child came along, and our plans changed :). I then decided I could showcase all that tiny living has to offer by making my tiny house available to others to stay in so they too could experience all the joys and uniqueness of tiny house living, and "try it on for size" so-to-speak...

My aim is to provide my guests with an unforgettable Luxury Tiny House experience that they want to share with others about (and possibly help them decide if they want to go tiny in the future as well).

So please provide the utmost care and respect for the house, its components, furniture and outside spaces so that others will continue to also be able to get the same wonderful tiny house experience for years and years to come.

Why the name TaHOW?

A common acronym for tiny houses is THOW (Tiny House on Wheels); also, I moved here to Alabama from Lake Tahoe, California the large, beautiful blue alpine lake in the Sierra Nevadas where I lived for 2 years and traveled to on weekends growing up. So naturally, my large, beautiful (and originally was going to be colored Lake Tahoe BLUE) tiny house on wheels had to be called #TaHOW. (I guess the acronym could also stand for Tiny awesome House on Wheels :)

To quickly reiterate some important rules (More details in HOUSE RULES section at bottom of listing, below reviews):

**NO smoking or vaping inside or around the tiny house.
**NO pets.
**NO children.

CLEANING:

Between guests, I have professional cleaners clean the place, change the linens, and prepare the tiny house for the next guest. Therefore there is a mandatory cleaning charge for every stay, whether you're staying for one night or longer. They arrive at the property at checkout at 11am and finish up by check-in at 3pm. Sorry, early check-ins are not available as this time is needed to make sure the place is clean and ready for you. However, if you just need to drop off your bags, details will be sent you prior to check-in for how and where on the property you can drop off your bags before check-in time (combination lock for 5x10 mini storage unit on property).

***Further details for using the appliances, smart devices and electronics along with the voice commands will be provided inside the House Manual in the airbnb app when you arrive***
