"The house is better than what the pictures show. We had a nice stay and it was a clean place. We would stay again."

"The mansion was a great spot for our family! We enjoyed being close to everything in town.. thanks Matt for being a great host!"

"Easy entry. Very clean. Owner communication is as excellent. Would stay again. "

"We enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed that the ice maker didn’t work but otherwise it was a good They left snacks and wine which was a nice touch."

"Communication was poor. Check-in information was kept secret until 15 minutes before check-in. We tried to shower upon arrival but couldn’t find towels. We eventually found a few in the dryer. We alerted owner that towels were limited (towels included and we didn’t want to be accused of stealing them). After several days, owner provided towels. My kids call this Spider House, as bugs were everywhere (despite roach bait on counters). We stayed here for a ball tournament. Fortunately we didn’t...

"Our host was very responsive and everything went perfectly. The house was in a perfect location - very close to thrift stores and other shopping. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. We loved it."

"Great place very clean would stay agin when returning to Huntsville al"

"Place was beautiful. Great neighborhood. Close to the rings we needed. Will definitely rent again when we are back in Huntsville !."

"Great stay! Thank you!"

It is close to several restaurants and coffee shops.I always pack things I may need at VRBO homes, but these hosts went "above and beyond" thinking of the little extras ... they had a few extra rolls of toilet paper, some dish pods to run the dishwasher, and even some pods for laundry! Their towels were very soft and luxurious and they even provided small make-up removal towels. My favorite was that they had liquid hand soap...

"Pool needed cleaning wasn't able to be used. But property was very nice and clean."

"The property was very spacious but definitely could have been cleaner. The kitchen could have been more stocked, in example larger plastic bowls, more glasses, bakeware and a can opener."

"Stephanie was very good at communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. Our party of 5 had staggered arrivals, but the timely communication made it easy for us to manage checking in. One of our cousins is sensitive to smokes and she picked up scent of previous exposure to smoking in the house. The bathroom near the garage seemed the site of repeated smoking by an occupant. We had to keep the air conditioner running to mitigate it somewhat. A change of air filter and deep deodorizing...

"This is a very nice place on the lake. My boys enjoyed kayaking and fishing while we were there."
