"Always a pleasure to visit here- friendly staff and good facilities. We will be back!"

"We were travelling with a dog so stayed in a dog-friendly room. Sadly, it smelled badly of wet dog and there was a dirty patch of floor and skirting board in the bathroom which looked like mud at best, or dog mess, at worst. Although we are dog owners, we do like a room that smells nice and that’s cleaned properly."

"É um excelente hotel "de beira de estrada", aparentemente frequentando pela comunidade local. Boa comida, um pub bacana, e os quartos ficam em alas diferentes da recepção (assim como a piscina, onde, no inverno, é bom ir de carro, embora fique a 50 metros do restante do hotel)."

"Fabulous value for money. Room was basically but clean and beds were comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly."

" Estadia ok, mas quando precisei da recepção péssimo atendimento."

"Great staff very helpful Towel rail and door hook were both broken"

"Beautifully maintained property and an excellent breakfast."

"Warm welcome and excellent food, What more could you ask?"

"Fomos para um casamento em Bedford e adoramos nos hospedar no WoodLand Manor "

"Great place although very quite a there is no onsite eating facilities. Breakfast is basic continental that you help your self to. And the staff are not there but good communication on phone"

"This property appears newly renovated. It's nicely done, neat and appointed for 6. If you want a bedroom, then 5. "

"Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. Please avoid Hotels, com are fantastic, had countless enjoyable experiences when booking with them. This...
