"Great staff very helpful Towel rail and door hook were both broken"

"Beautiful setting and very welcoming by Sam. Great breakfast and comfortable beds."

"We were travelling with a dog so stayed in a dog-friendly room. Sadly, it smelled badly of wet dog and there was a dirty patch of floor and skirting board in the bathroom which looked like mud at best, or dog mess, at worst. Although we are dog owners, we do like a room that smells nice and that’s cleaned properly."

"This was a beautiful property. Unfortunately we arrived very late and didn’t get to spend any daylight hours enjoying to grounds so it was a bit of a waste to us. The restaurant was closed which we were not aware of when we booked. Lovely place if you are planning to use the grounds and enjoy the property ."

"Lovely room, tasty breakfast, friendly hosts, beautiful surroundings. Recommended."

"Great place although very quite a there is no onsite eating facilities. Breakfast is basic continental that you help your self to. And the staff are not there but good communication on phone"

"Great location for us (friends in Denford) Beverley (the owner) was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little greasy for me. Quite a heavy farm smell in the morning."

The shower was incredibly powerful and beautifully hot. Alongside the normal fluffy white towels was a lovely little toiletry set which was unexpected for...

"Everything was great. Wonderful place to stay. The only thing to improve is the WiFi. It wasn’t great in the bedroom"

"Expectations knocked out of the park and then some . It’s a beautiful place from the lovely living / working area to the large bathroom going upstairs to bed was an event with the lighting the copper bath tub just amazing"

"+Clean room. Good location. Near stores and restaurants. Nice staff. Helpful. -Poor breakfast. No scrambled eggs. Profile shows they have luggage storage but once I have booked, I received message they haven’t one."

"Absolutely superb staff extremely helpful and accommodating, i am deaf and although the hotel does not have a Deafguard the evening shift manager confirmed the night staff would be aware of my additional needs requirement. The hotel is let down by the main owners OYO group who do not seem to invest in their hotels as with many of their group they are in need of a freshen up."
